Make sure you eat, hydrate, shield, ground, and clear your energy. Stretching, Yoga, Qigong will allow our muscles to relax and center our soul. Be a good receiver and practice self-care every day.

When you state positive affirmations the fruitfulness of these words changes our declaration. Affirming these affirmations by journaling or stating them out loud; we are directly communicating with the subconscious mind.
